Expression of Interest for Leader Development Community
- The Brigade is incredibly grateful for the contribution of trainers, many of whom have provided many years of much valued service through the role. Some existing BTOs will become Leader Development Trainers in the new community.
- There should be no period of time when training is unable to be delivered because of a transition. It is recognised that there may be some regional variations in the transition timescale.
Expressions of interest will be invited from those who wish to be considered for the new Community. The Leader Development Manager and members of the Leader Development Group will be available to discuss requirements with anyone who requires clarification.
- Expressions of interest should be submitted using the online form.
- Expressions of interest will be automatically acknowledged.
- Expressions of interest will be reviewed by the Leader Development Group, who will contact individuals if further information is required
- The Leader Development Manager and members of the Leader Development Group are available if those expressing an interest would like to chat over the position before completing the form.
- Following review, successful candidates will be advised by email of the date and location of their Train the Trainer course.
- Those that are unsuccessful will be notified, by email, of the result and the reasoning behind decision.
