Join us at Satellites Festival 2024
Satellites is a youth festival which takes place in the school summer holidays, in 2024 from 2nd to 6th August at Bath & West Showground. This year we are getting involved and encouraging BB groups to consider attending the event as well as hosting our own venue.
In 2023 the event was attended by around 2000+ young people aged 12+ years as well as around 500 adult leaders. The 5-day event is run by our friends at Youthscape, and the festival is focussed around helping young people to explore their faith and provides a range of activities including worship, workshops, sports, games, creative spaces and more.

To help support BB groups to attend Satellites, every group can claim 5 FREE spaces for young people to attend the event in 2024 (provided it’s the first time they’ve been)! To attend Satellites you just need to provide the tents (to camp), the food and leaders to supervise your group.
As well as attending with your own group you will be able to engage with other BB members in the BB village as well with young people from other Churches and organisations. As part of the BB village, we will camp together and provide additional resources and support. Being part of the BB village also means that leaders are not required to hold usual BB Holiday and Camp certificate requirements. For BB groups we will also be offering an opportunity to opt for a catered option (food is not provided as standard), at an additional fee £25 per head.
