Here are some of our favourite activities from this term.

The Traitors: By order of the traitors… you’ll be inspired by the popular TV show as you explore the most important question of all. Are you a faithful or are you a traitor?

Operation Gridlocked: You’ll need your grid reference and map reading skills for this escape room themed challenge, as you attempt to solve the clues left for you and escape the gridlock.

Mousetrap Cars: Put your engineering skills to the test as you build your own mousetrap cars, powered by nothing but a spring and your creativity. How far and fast can you make yours go?

Seniors

Vegan Curry: Eating less meat isn’t just good for animals, it is also good for the planet, our pockets and our health. Explore the tastes of vegan food, with this simple curry.

Major Events, Awareness Days & More

The Spring 2026 term covers several major events and awareness days, which we have provided activities to help you to celebrate with your children & young people. These include:

New Year – To help kick start 2026, we’ve produced a ‘Happy New Year’ themed programme for Juniors that celebrates fresh starts, global traditions, and exciting challenges. A great way to start a new year!

Winter Olympics – The Winter Olympics take place in Italy, between 6th – 22nd February 2026. Through our new ‘Winter Olympic Taskforce activity for Company, we’re challenging young people to step into the shoes of the Winter Olympic planners as they put their problem solving skills to the test. Can they ensure the games go off without a hitch? We also have our Winter Olympic themed programme from 2022, that you could revisit for ideas and activities.

International Women’s Day – March 2026 sees the return of International Women’s Day, a worldwide celebration of the power of women and the contribution that make to our communities. To help your Seniors to explore some of the world’s most inspirational women, and the things they have said, we’ve created our ‘Yes, She Can! activity. We also have other older activities that could be revisited, including ‘Women of History’ & ‘Women & Sport’.

Easter – As always, the Spring 2026 covers the important Christian celebration of Easter. This year we have once again added new activities to our Easter resources, helping children and young people explore this topic is fresh ways. New for 2026 we have Palm Sunday Theme (Anchors), Easter Tear Art (Anchors), Mini Egg Cookies (Juniors), Easter Through the Eyes of … the Criminal (Company) and Easter Through the Eyes of … Judas (Seniors).
