Our Christmas 2025 Highlights

Over the past few weeks, thousands of children and young people have been celebrating Christmas, as part of the activities they have been doing within their groups.

This has included lots of groups taking on some of our Christmas programme activities for 2025, such as ‘Mission Manger’, ‘The Rotating Nativity’, ‘Mince Pies’ and more! Check out some the many highlights we’ve spotted on social media over the last few weeks.

Mission Manger: This escape room themed programme has seen Juniors across the UK challenged with solving puzzles, and cracking codes, in an attempt to uncover the hidden treasure behind the manger.

We’re pleased to say hundreds of our Juniors have successfully navigated Mission Manger, solving all the puzzles to reveal Jesus as the hidden treasure behind the manager. All those successful companies have received a certificate to congratulate them on their success.

The Rotating Nativity Story: Anchors have been exploring the Nativity story in a unique and creative way, as they have been creating an interactive piece of art which tells the Nativity story. From the first angel appearing to Mary to the visit of the wise men, this rotating Nativity art has helped bring the Nativity to life for our Anchors this Christmas.

Joy to the World Christmas Cards: Part of Christmas is all about sharing and giving to others, which is exactly what some of our Anchors have been doing over the last few weeks with our ‘Joy to the World’ Christmas cards. These cards help share the reason behind the season, by featuring Isaiah 9:6 in the card design. Once created, these cards have then been gifted to members of the community to help spread some Christmas cheer.

Mince Pies: Company & Seniors have been getting into the kitchen and baking the classic Christmas treat of ‘Mince Pies’. From what we’ve seen on social media from groups across the UK, these have been looking particularly tasty!

Big Fat Quiz of the Year: Another popular programme highlight this December has been the ‘Big Fat Quiz of the Year’, which has seen teams of Company & Seniors taking on four rounds, filled with questions from across the last 12 months. We’ve already had well over 125 teams entered, with the deadline to enter your scores being the end of December.
