Company Management Training
Friday 9th December 2022The role of a Company Captain can be incredibly demanding. It is worth considering whether more shared responsibility for the management of the Company is more realistic, with Leaders-in-Charge of age groups working alongside the Captain and Chaplain to provide a team approach.
Our new Company Management Training, which replaces the previous Captain’s Training, is aimed at both Captains and Leaders-in-Charge and includes:
- Planning
- Managing & Supporting Your Team, including Safeguarding
- Developing Your Team
- Reflective Practice
With no Captain’s Training having been completed since 2020, and the new Company Management Training encouraging attendance from Leaders-in-Charge, a number of courses will be run in 2023 to reach as many people as possible.
