Virtual Company Management Training

Company Management Training aims to provide leaders with the necessary management skills and resources to undertake the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge in an effective way.

BB Headquarters is offering this course over three Tuesdays in June/July 2025.

The course is open to any registered leader looking to undertake the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge, or for anyone already in post.

Prior to attending, participants must be registered with The Boys’ Brigade and have completed the e-learning modules in Safeguarding and Managing Risk.

The modules will be delivered as follows:

Tuesday 10th June

• Management Role (7:00pm to 7:45pm)
• Safeguarding (7:55pm to 9:00pm)

Tuesday 17th June

• Managing Risk (7:00pm to 7:30pm)
• Managing & Supporting (7:35pm to 9:15pm)

Tuesday 1st July

• Planning (7:00pm to 7:45pm)
• Developing (7:45pm to 8:45pm)
• Reflective Practice (8:45pm to 9:15pm)

Whilst full Company Management Training is being offered, there is also an opportunity for leaders to complete any of the modules as a standalone, either to upskill/as a refresher, or to complete remaining modules required after missing some whilst previously working towards CMT.
