Company Management Training is mandatory for anyone taking on a management role within the BB.
The training consists of an in-depth look into the role and responsibilities of the Captain or Leader-in-Charge, building and maintaining relationships, safeguarding and safe recruitment, including Leaders Code of Conduct and tools and resources to support the role.
It is open to any registered leader looking to undertake the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge, anyone new to the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge or for anyone already in post who wants to attend as a refresher.
This one-day course is being organised by Lanarkshire District Fellowship on behalf of BB Headquarters, and costs £35 per person. To book places please click here.
