Changes to our telephone opening hours
Monday 17th February 2025We’ve been listening to recent feedback from members and are planning on making some changes to how you can contact BBHQ.
The main change will be that from 1st March our phone lines will be closed on Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons, when staff meetings and training will be prioritised. This will help us to ensure we have adequate staffing in place to then provide a quality support service during the following hours, when we can be contacted on 0300 303 4454.
- Monday 9:30am to 4:30pm
- Tuesday 9:30am to 4:30pm
- Wednesday 1pm to 4:30pm
- Thursday 9:30am to 1pm
- Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm
Of course you can continue to email us at any time on support@boys-brigade.org.uk and we aim to respond to email enquiries within 2 days.

In the event of an emergency only outside of the above hours (e.g. an urgent safeguarding matter) please call 0300 303 4454 and an emergency number will be given. This number must not be used for non-urgent enquiries.
