About the Boys
Tuesday 7th May 2024A new BBC Radio 4 short series – ‘About the Boys’ – was aired last week, and some of our BB groups were invited to contribute.
The series gives a voice to teenage boys from across the UK to explain what life is like in 2024, with presenter Catherine Carr talking to teenagers about their fears, worries and ambitions.
The five-part series focuses on themes including life online, education and friendships, and there also reflections from teachers and youth workers.
It picks up on many of the issues which our Youth Culture and Trends report, conducted in partnership with the Youthscape Centre for Research, highlighted last year. You can find out more about this report and read the summary here.
