The Safeguarding and Managing Risk modules of Youth Leader Training (YLT) are being offered as standalone modules.
The Safeguarding Module aims to enable participants to protect children and young people by raising awareness of Safeguarding & Child Protection issues and to know their responsibilities in this area.
The Managing Risk Module aims to enable participants to create a safe environment for children and young people and ensure that activities are organised and delivered safely.
These courses are being organised by Northamptonshire Battalion and are open to any registered leader, who must have completed the e-learning modules before attending.
