We’re excited to announce that further developments to our Programme Hub will be here soon, providing enhanced tools to support leaders in planning and organising their programmes.
As part of funding received from DCMS we have been working to develop a digital planning tool that will work alongside the Programme Hub. This will further support our leaders in planning and producing high quality programmes for our children and young people to enjoy.
The digital Programme Planning Tools will enable leaders to:
Create weekly meetings by age group (up to 12 months in advance)
Create a bank of previous meetings, that you will be able to look back on, duplicate and assist with future planning.
Search for and select activities from the Programme Hub
Search for individual activities within Themed Programmes, allowing you to find more activities quickly.
Create your own bespoke activities and add these in to weekly meetings
Add your own notes to the weekly meetings, to help allow you to highlight important changes or comments for the programme.
