Monday 12th September 2022The Officer’s, Boys and all connected to 2nd Blantyre Company including all at Blantyre Congregational Church extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to HM King Charles III and all his family on the sad passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II. In July 2013 I had the honour and privilege, along with my wife, to represent Hamilton & District Battalion and 2nd Blantyre at the Garden Party at Holyrood Palace and it will live long in our memories.
May she rest in eternal peace
