Parents/Carers Survey
Friday 10th December 2021Our 2021 Parents/Carers survey highlighted just how important and highly valued the work of the BB has been for families over the last 12 – 18 months.
Parents/carers expressed their concerns about the impact of the last 18 months on their child’s mental health and wellbeing, highlighting the reduced social interactions that have been a feature of all our lives. Not surprisingly there was a strong hope expressed in being able to get back to face-to-face activities, but also an acknowledgement that virtual activities and #BBatHOME had played an important part in their child’s lives.
95% of parents/carers agreed that BB activities had a positive impact on their child’s mental health and wellbeing over the last 12 months.
91% of parents/carers agreed that BB activities had helped keep their child physically active over the last 12 months.
Q. What do you consider the greatest benefit or value of your child(ren) being involved in the BB?
