President’s Commendation
Friday 10th December 2021During 1st Rugby’s Enrolment Service in October, a number of Major Awards were presented as well as a President’s Commendation to Bobby Elson for outstanding personal contribution and dedication to the Brigade. The award was presented by Ian Rumbelow, Brigade Vice-President.
