Continuous Professional Development
Over the course of the next five years the Leader Development Group will introduce a culture of Continuous Personal Development (CPD) at all levels within the organisations CPD for the Leader Development Community will be through attendance and participation in a Trainers Update session run within their region to ensure knowledge is current and that competence is upheld.
Regular e-updates will be issued to all trainers, sharing best practice and signposting to useful articles or online/face to face training courses which would be beneficial to their position.
