Continuous Professional Development
The current strategic plan aims to introduce a culture of Continuous Personal Development (CPD) at all levels within the organisations. CPD for the Leader Development Community will be through attendance and participation in a Trainers Update session run within their region to ensure knowledge is current and that competence is upheld.
