We are delighted to welcome Dave Martin to the Staff Team at BB Headquarters as our Development and Engagement Worker for the North of England.

Our recent additions to the team follow the award of funding from the Uniformed Youth Fund, which is allowing us to invest in providing more resources and support to Companies, volunteer leader recruitment, developing our Church partnerships and raising our profile.

As part of our Development and Engagement Team, Dave will work to support and develop existing groups and establish new groups primarily in the North of England, along with the development of resources and strategies to enable this.

Dave said: “I am really excited to take on my new role as the Development and Engagement Worker for the North of England.”

“I have spent the last 10 years in Church ministry pioneering and growing ministries involving children, young people and families. I have served at multiple HTB Churches, been a part of the national Messy Church leadership team and spent a lot of time speaking into intergenerational discipleship at various conferences and events.”

“I am married to the lovely Rebecca, produce electronic music in my spare time and love to adventure around the world when I get the chance! I am looking forward to meeting you all and supporting your Company if you’re in the North of England!”
