The Make a Difference Award is given to a Boys’ Brigade young person who has made a significant contribution to their local community. This year’s Scottih recipient is Lewis Shillinglaw (17) from Midlothian who was presented with the award by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon at the Scottish Parliament
