It’s Volunteers Week 2017 (1st to 7th June) and we would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all our volunteer leaders.

More than 12,000 volunteers give of their time and effort week in week out to care for and work with over 47k children and young people across the UK & RoI. Our volunteers are positive role models for so many young people, providing them with opportunities and experiences beyond what is possible at home or in school.

Helping out in a BB group with children and young people can make all the difference to young lives – meaning happier young people, happier communities and a society that values the contribution that we can all make; young, old or in-between.

Many of our volunteers say they’ve learned things through their involvement with BB and that its a massively rewarding experience. With over 1300 groups across the UK & RoI there are opportunities to volunteer within The Boys’ Brigade in many communities – could you give a little of your time to make a big difference?
