Safeguarding & Managing Risk (Lanarkshire)

The Safeguarding & Managing Risk Modules (Modules 4 & 5 of Youth Leader Training) are being offered as a standalone course for leaders who wish to upskill themselves or refresh their knowledge.

The Safeguarding Module aims to enable participants to protect children and young people by raising awareness of Safeguarding & Child Protection issues and to know their responsibilities in this area.

The Managing Risk Module aims to enable participants to create a safe environment for children and young people and ensure that activities are organised and delivered safely.

Attendees should have completed the e-learning modules for Safeguarding & Managing Risk before attending this course.

This course is being organised by Lanarkshire District Fellowship. There is no cost and uniform is not required.
