Refresh Training Day (Central London)

London District will be hosting this Refresh Training Day, which is open to all leaders whether in the District or not.

Refresh is all about equipping leaders by providing a range of workshops and training opportunities. Many of the sessions on offer are based on what leaders have been asking the District for, so it is hoped they will be of interest to a wide range of leaders. Why not come as a whole team? You can split up to cover a range of different workshops, as well as take the opportunity to network with other leaders. The District is bringing in several external trainers, including BBHQ staff, to deliver the workshops. There will also be opportunities to complete mandatory BB training, such as Safeguarding and Managing Risk, which leaders in specific roles are required to complete.

The day will include the following workshops:

• First Aid
• Mental Health
• Safeguarding
• Managing Risk
• Sharing Faith
• Digital Tools & Social Media
• Programme Ideas for Under 11s and Over 11s

The cost to attend is just £10 per person, which includes lunch (though some specific workshops carry an additional cost).
