Managing Risk (Manchester)

The Managing Risk Module (Module 5 of Youth Leader Training) is being offered as a standalone course for leaders who wish to upskill themselves or refresh their knowledge.

The module aims to enable participants to create a safe environment for children and young people and ensure that activities are organised and delivered safely.

This module satisfies the Managing Risk element of the mandatory training requirements that have been introduced for Warrant Officers, Helpers and Residential Activity Helpers, which build on and are in addition to the e-learning modules that all leaders have been required to complete.

The course is being organised by Manchester & District Battalion. Attendees should have completed the e-learning module for Managing Risk before attending this course.

The cost is £10 per person. Lunch will be provided. Please advise of any allergies or special dietary requirements at time of booking.
