Church of Scotland Guard of Honour
Tuesday 19th May 2026On Sunday 17th May a group of BB young people and leaders took part in a Guard of Honour for Lady Elish Angiolini, the Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland.
Taking place ahead of the Sunday service at St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh, during the Church of Scotland’s General Assembly, young people were on parade forming the Guard itself as well as playing in bands.
Thank you to Edinburgh, Leith & District Battalion and all those involved in providing this opportunity, as well as those from Edinburgh, Leith & District, Lanarkshire, Stirling and Dunfermline & District Battalions who took part in the event.
