Young Leaders Weekend 2026
Thursday 16th April 2026On the weekend of 10th to 12th April, a group of leaders aged 18-26 from across the country came together for our Young Leaders Weekend.
Taking place for the fourth year, the Young Leaders Weekend was held at Carronvale House, our Conference & Training Centre in Larbert, Scotland.
Through a range of activities and social times, the weekend aimed to bring young leaders together, helping them to build connections, grow in confidence, share experiences, and add their voices into shaping the future of the organisation.
Joy, a young leader who was part of the weekend, said: “My favourite part of the Young Leaders Weekend has been networking with people my own age. Coming to the weekend, being able to know that I’m in the same boat as others and getting ideas from people of my generation has been great!”
