In 2018, Brigade Conference will be returning to Scotland and will be held in Edinburgh, at the beginning of September. Each year the conference has a logo and a commemorative badge is produced and given to each of the delegates attending. Given that 2018 is also Scotland’s ‘Year of Young People’, The Scotland Committee would like to engage children and young people in the design the logo for the 2018 conference.

Entries are invited, with prizes available for the top place in:

• Anchor Section
• Junior Section
• Company Section
• Senior Section

An overall winner will be chosen from the three, with their design used for conference logo.

• The logo should reflect a Scottish or an Edinburgh theme
• They should include the wording: Brigade Conference, Edinburgh and 2018
• The winning design will be used as the conference logo, and may be turned into the commemorative badge, if possible
• If competing as a Company, please judge your own entries and send only the winning entry in each of the three categories
• Entries should be as equal-sided as possible and only pencil, pen, crayon or paint
• On the reverse please clearly mark the designers name, age, section and company
• Entries should be submitted to Scottish Headquarters by Friday 22^nd September by post to The Boys’ Brigade, Carronvale House, Carronvale Road, Larbert FK5 3LH
