Shaping the future – Company Census
Thursday 28th April 2022We are asking each Company to complete a census to understand the overall state of the BB across the country and help to shape our future.
We want to understand what is working and what is not, what the challenges are but also the opportunities that exist for Companies. We also want to have a clear picture of where the organisation is in 2022, which will help shape the support, resources and training that leaders actually need and want in the future.
We are looking for each Company to complete the Census, encouraging the Company’s staff team to come together to answer the questions.
