Company Management Training (West Midlands)

Company Management Training aims to provide leaders with the necessary management skills and resources to undertake the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge in an effective way.

This course is being organised by West Midland District and is for any leader, who has completed Youth Leader Training and e-learning in Safeguarding & Managing Risk, who wishes to become a Captain or Leader-in-Charge of one or more of the age groups in the Company.

Company Management Training will be completed as a series of modules. Participants will complete all parts of the training to be qualified for the role. This is not a pass or fail course, and it is hoped that participants who are competent to be in a management role are sent to the course.

The cost is £15 per person. Drinks will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.
