Company Management Training (Lincoln)

Company Management Training aims to provide leaders with the necessary management skills and resources to undertake the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge in an effective way.

This course is for any registered leader who currently holds a position of responsibility within a company e.g. Captain or as one of the Leaders-in-Charge of the different age groups. This training is also appropriate those leaders who have completed Youth Leader Training and the e-learning modules in Safeguarding and Managing Risk, who are looking to take on a management role within the Company.

The course is being organised by Grimsby and District Battalion and costs £5 per person. Bookings close on Saturday 8th February 2025.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided (please advise of any special dietary requirements at time of booking). Uniform is not required.
