Teams take part in a number of local rounds before reaching their regional final and then, if successful, going on to the National Final.

Jonathan Eales, Chief Executive of The Boys’ Brigade commented: “It’s great to see our National Competitions taking place at our centre in Scotland. Not only do they encourage young people to get involved with a wide range of activities we offer, develop their skills and build confidence, they also allow them to meet other young people from across the country, who are all part of the wider ‘BB family’.”

Alongside Jonathan, the newly appointed Lord-Lieutenant for Stirling and Falkirk, Colonel Charles Wallace – on his first official engagement – joined the BB’s Vice-President Alison Chambers to present awards and offer their congratulations to the teams.

Next up the Badminton & FIFA Finals will take place in Hemel Hempstead, England on Saturday 15th March, followed by the Company & Seniors 5-a-side Football Finals in Lisburn, Northern Ireland on Saturday 22nd March.
