Surprise for Honorary Brigade President
Wednesday 26th July 2017Lord Elgin, Honorary Brigade President has been unable to attend the Scottish Bands Contest over the last few years. As a special surprise, boys from the 1st Tulliallan Company who regularly take part in the Scottish Bands Contest went to play for him at Broomhall, his home outside Dunfermline.
