Achieving more together

Throughout the pandemic 1st Blackburn (West Lothian) continued to support and engage their members, using the #BBatHOME resources, sending out activity packs and running virtual sessions via Zoom. One of their neighbouring Companies, 3rd/4th Bathgate, had a more challenging journey over the last 18 months.

After some discussion both Companies have now agreed to work together, believing they can achieve more and
be more effective together. Having a larger pool of young people and leaders to work with has made the start of
the new session an exciting time for both Companies. Encouragingly both Companies have also now issued their first President’s Badges in well over a decade.
