Anchors have been getting involved with our 140th celebrations with a creative challenge, that has seen them design the number ‘140’ in the most creative way possible.
During October, Anchors across the UK have been taking on this challenge and thinking about how they can create the number 140. So far we have seen brilliant examples using a whole range of materials, including glow sticks, uniform, games equipment, cake, food bank donations, seashells, candles and more.

This challenge is open throughout the whole of October 2023. By completing the challenge, Anchors are the eligible to apply for our ‘Anchors 140 Celebration Badge’.

We had over 200 entries into our Anchors 140 competition, each one showing incredible creativity in bringing the number ‘140’ to life. After some careful consideration, we now have our group and individual winners. These are the 49th Birmingham (group winners) and Leo at the 19th Nottingham (Individual winner).
Congratulation to our winners and a huge well done to all our Anchors who took part in the challenge!
