Youth Leader Training

KGVI Youth Leader Training (England & Wales)

This residential training course is aimed at young leaders aged between 17 and 21 (at the start of the course) who are working in any age group of a BB Company.

New entrants will complete a second residential week in Summer 2025. Returning participants who completed their first year in 2023 can also use the online form to book.

The cost is £195.00 per person including accommodation, meals and refreshments. You can pay either a £25.00 non-refundable deposit or the full payment now – if paying the deposit we will contact you nearer the time with a reminder of payment of the outstanding balance, which can also be paid using this form. Full payment must be received no later than 31st July 2024.

The course aims to enable participants to deliver the BB mission by equipping them with the skills, knowledge and attitudes to work effectively with children and young people. It covers all of the requirements of Youth Leader Training but in greater depth. In addition, time will be spent on Christian teaching, Bible studies and aspects of personal faith development. Over the years, many Companies have benefited from their young leaders attending KGVI training.
