Company Management Training (Glasgow)

Company Management Training is mandatory for anyone taking on a management role within the BB.

The training consists of an in-depth look into the role and responsibilities of the Captain or Leader-in-Charge, building and maintaining relationships, safeguarding and safe recruitment, including Leaders Code of Conduct and tools and resources to support the role.

The course is being organised by Glasgow Battalion and costs £15 per person. It is open to any registered leader looking to undertake the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge, anyone new to the role of Captain or Leader-in-Charge or for anyone already in post who wants to attend as a refresher.

Prior to attending, participants must be registered with The Boys’ Brigade and have completed Youth Leader Training and the e-learning modules in Safeguarding and Managing Risk.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided. Please advise of any special dietary requirements at time of booking.
