Company Management Training (Edinburgh)

Company Management Training (formerly Captain’s Training) is mandatory for anyone taking on a management role within the BB.

The training consists of an in depth look into the role and responsibilities of the Captain or Leader-in-Charge, building and maintaining relationships, safeguarding and safe recruitment, including Leaders Code of Conduct and tools and resources to support the role.

This Training Session will give an in-depth look at responsibilities including:

• Maintaining Relationships
• Safeguarding
• Safe Recruitment
• Leaders Code of Conduct
• Tools and Resources to support the roles

To register for Company Management Training, the participant must currently be an active leader within a Company.

What to bring: Lunch/snacks for the duration, notebook and pen

Tea/coffee will be available during the day.

The course is being organised jointly by Edinburgh, Leith & District and West Lothian Battalions. Where possible they do not add a cost for participants from these Battalions; others may incur nominal fee for each participant.
