Aim

For young people to develop the skills to work cooperatively with others, to help make a difference in their life and in their Company.

Objectives

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• Understand the different roles they play within a group, and how they can change.
• Work effectively with others as part of a team to complete the task at hand.
• Recognise their own strengths and weaknesses and those of other team members.
• Use their experiences to make a difference in their own Companies.

Programme

• Welcome & Devotions (10 mins)
• Ice breakers (15 mins)
• Discussion: Roles (20 mins)
• Survival on the Moon (40 mins) Break (10 mins)
• Team Challenges (45 mins)
• You Can Make a Difference (20 mins)
• Going Forward & Goodbye (10 mins)

Please bring a snack.  Please bring a notepad and pen.  Uniform is not required.  You will be involved in some team activities so trainers should be worn.
